bouncing wall is what my friends call a "Kimism". I habitually say the common colloquialisms incorrectly and bouncing wall came about when I was trying to say...sounding board. What can I say? It made sense to me, you "bounce" off ideas and you bounce things like racket ball, or pong...off of a wall. I guess you could say that bouncing
wall is an idea that formed about five years ago, and it's taking me this
long to finally take the leap. Once I officially took the leap and left my
cozy corporate job, I've made it a reality in 2006. The crazy thing is
that even though it has taken me all those year to really fine tune the idea,
the action of putting the business together has taken little over three months. So who am I? My name is Kim
Flanery-Rye and I'm an artist... wife... crafter... bit crazy... friend...
sister... a "bring it girl"... kitty owner... business woman and someone
who absolutely loves a creative mind, an artistic eye, and wicked sense of
style, in whatever form. I
finally get to use my art degree, even though it's not completely tied to my
original BFA degree, and my business background to bring you bouncing wall.
